Getting Started

The process is simple:

1. Choose your Service Package
2. Submit your Billing Information
3. Complete Account Set Up
4. Approval & Activation

Before you begin, you will need to gather this information:

• Business name (Corporate name or DBA name on business license(s).
• Business Address
• Valid credit card
• Credit card mailing address that matches the billing statement for verification
• Business licenses for the cities/areas where you are licensed to operation
• Valid email address

Account Requirements

• Internet access to manage your account and confirm rides
• Acceptance of our Terms, Conditions & Requirements
• A valid business license(s) for the areas your company services
• A valid credit card

Payment Information

During the signup process your credit card will only be authorized for a charge. Once your account is approved and activated, you wil be charge the first month's service fee regardless of the date of sign up. Your second month will be prorate. You can request monthly payments on the 1st or the 15th of each month. Monthly invoices are generated in your account and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
