Simply follow the instructions below and your service can be available for online reservations quickly. Please read through the entire process before beginning to ensure that you have all the information you need to sign up.

The Enrollment Process

STEP 1. CHOOSING A SERVICE LEVEL

The first step is to select a level of service appropriate for your company.

STEP 2. REQUESTING AN ACCOUNT

The second step is to request an account. Valid credit card information will be required to complete this step as the first month's fee will be charged to your credit card as verification. The monthly billing cycle starts on when the account is ACTIVATED, NOT from the request date.

For example:
1. You sign up on January 1 (the monthly fee is charged to your credit card)
2. The account profile and activation is completed on January 10th.
3. Since the reoccurring monthly charges do not take effect until the account is activated and the initial fee is credited for the first month, the next charge will be on February 10th and on each 10th of the month following until the account is cancelled or deactivated.

Once the request has been completed, your account login and password will be emailed to you do that the account information can be setup and account activation provided.

STEP 3. SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ACTIVATION

To set up your account you will need you login and passwaord, and the following:

ACCOUNT INFORMATION
a. Company contact, address, email, fax and phone information
b. Current business license number, city issued from and expiration date

SERVICE INFORMATION
a. Name of company
b. Cities that you service
c. Hours of operations

STEP 4. ACCOUNT APPROVAL AND ACTIVATION

After providing all required information, your account will be reviewed. Once approved, your account will be activated. You will be sent email notification of activation.
