All requestors of an account must:
If the service provider has selected the service plan with a monthly fee their account will be charge the monthly listing fee on the day of the month that the account became activated for the following month. For example, if your account was activated on the 5th of the month then every 5th of the month (or next available business day) your monthly listing fee will be charged to your credit card. This fee is charged before the month the service is provided. (i.e. a charge on June 1 would cover June 1 - July 1)
For all service plans, a transaction fee for each ride reservation confirmed will be assessed based on the plan selected. This amount will accrue in your account and be charged to your credit card at the same time as the monthly listing fee.
This fee is assessed only on CONFIRMED rides or rides that have been confirmed but then declined by the service provider. You are not charged for reservations cancelled by ride requestors or changes requested that you then decline.
You may opt to purchase additional advertising on one of Company's websites, or in any related Company marketing materials. Charges for that advertising may also be charged to your account with your written authorization.
Ride Resource, LLC does not require long-term contracts. Accounts are available on a monthly basis and account holder is free to cancel their account at any time. However, please note that any monthly fee paid will NOT be reimbursed or prorated if cancellation occurs prior to next billing date.
If you choose to "deactivate" your account for a short period of time, any days remaining on your billing cycle will be tolled and at reactivation of your account, will continue from the point of deactivation provided your account is reactivated within 90 days.
Ride Resource, LLC does not provide refunds for any unused monthly listing time or for confirmed ride transactions that do not provide a completed ride. Ride Resource, LLC is NOT responsible for conduct or ride requestor, their failure to be available for or cancel scheduled ride.
Ride Resource, LLC may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement. In the event this agreement is terminated, the restrictions regarding Materials appearing on the site, and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement shall survive any such termination.
Ride Resource, LLC may also deny, at its discretion, any individual or business request for an account if the Company feels that it is in its best interest NOT to provide service to requestor.
Ride Resource, LLC may also terminate or suspend any service provider account that is not current in payment, does not have a valid or active credit card number, has received numerous complaints from ride requestors or far any reason that Ride Resources feels is detrimental to providing safe, reliable service to ride requestors.
This site is controlled and operated by Ride Resource, LLC. Ride Resource, LLC does not represent or warrant that the services provided are appropriate or economically beneficial for use in all locations.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed within that state. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in either the state or federal courts of California. If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force. This contains the entire agreement between you and Ride Resource, LLC concerning your use of the site, and the agreement shall not be modified, except in writing, signed by both parties.
