Requirements for Requesting an Account with Ride Resource

All requestors of an account must:

Have a valid business license or licenses and primary place of business within the United States
Maintain current billing and contact information
Maintain an active credit card account
Access and maintain only their own company information and account information
Have a valid email account
Not post any defamatory, profane, unprofessional or false information.

Non-compliance to these requirements may result in account deactivation or denial of membership into the WebRide network.

Billing and Account Charges

MONTHLY SERVICE FEE

Member companies are subject to the monthly service fee based on their Service Package choice at sign up. To change you service level, please contact us at info@rideresource.com

TRANSACTION FEE

For all service plans, a transaction fee for each accepted ride reservation will be charged based on the plan selected. This amount will accrue in your account and be billed at the same time as the monthly service fee.

This fee is assessed only on rides you CONFIRM rides or rides that you have confirmed but then declined. Please make sure you can service a ride before confirming. You are not charged for reservations cancelled by ride requestors or changes requested to a reservation that you then decline.

REFERRAL DISCOUNT:

The Referral Discount is only available for the Standard or Elite Service Packages.

For those service providers who have a website or are actively doing their own advertising, we feel it is important to reward their marketing efforts. For every confirmed ride request that comes from your own website, button or link, we will discount the Per Confirmed Ride Fee.

REFERRAL CREDIT:

The Referral Credit is only available for the Standard Service Package.

Sometimes you just can’t service a ride request that comes in, so if you decline the ride, it is released out to the WebRide network, and if another service provider confirms the request, we will give you a Referral Credit for that ride.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Ride Resource, LLC does not require long-term contracts. Accounts are available on a monthly basis and member is free to cancel their account at any time. However, please note that any monthly fee paid will NOT be reimbursed or prorated if cancellation occurs prior to next billing date.

If you choose to "deactivate" your account, the number of days that your account was not active will be prorated and credited to you monthly service fee provided your account is reactivated within 30 days.

Ride Resource, LLC does not provide refunds for any unused monthly listing time or for confirmed ride transactions that do not result in a completed ride or fare. Ride Resource, LLC is NOT responsible for conduct of ride requestors, their failure to be available for a scheduled ride or cancellation of a scheduled ride.

Other Terms

TERMINATION

Ride Resource, LLC may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement. In the event this agreement is terminated, the restrictions regarding materials appearing on the site, and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement shall survive any such termination.

Ride Resource, LLC may also deny or terminate, at its discretion, any account if we feels that it is not in the best interest of Ride Resource or our customers.

Ride Resource, LLC may terminate any service provider account for the following reasons, or any other reason it deems detrimental to its business:

Past due account
Lack of a valid credit card number
Numerous complaints from ride requestors about service, professionalism, missed reservations, etc.
Any reason that Ride Resources feels is detrimental to providing safe, reliable and professional service to ride requestors.
Regularly missing, letting expire or cancelling ride requests.

JURISDICTION

This site is controlled and operated by Ride Resource, LLC. Ride Resource, LLC does not represent or warrant that the services provided are appropriate or economically beneficial for use in any locations.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, as it is applied to agreements entered into and performed within that state. Any action brought to enforce this agreement or matters related to the site shall be brought in either the state or federal courts of California. If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force.
